All massage sessions receive warm towels on the back and feet, a few hot rocks on the back to relax the muscles, and one essential oil blend or oil to add to the oil of your choice. Long-distant healing and phone readings ~ After-hour sessions available (weekends and evenings). Contact me directly to schedule an appointment for after-hours phone readings and long-distance healing. Please note that they are pre-paid sessions due upon scheduling an appointment. My business policy

• I do require 24 hr cancellation or rescheduling notice. If it is not given, the client is responsible for the full session price.

• Payment for session is due at the time of the session appointment. No exceptions.

• If you are running late for your appointment, you will receive the remainder of the time left. No exceptions. You are responsible for full payment for the session.

• The price of the session does not include gratuity. For me to keep my prices low, gratuity is accepted.

• If you decide to shorten your appointment time, you are still responsible for the original time length.

• I do reserve the right to refuse service.

• I do not write insurance forms nor fill out forms or paperwork for insurance or legal and court paperwork. Please find a therapist that offers these services. This is not part of my fee and refusal to do this.

• No smoking, vaping or animal/pets in the office.

• Do not come to your session if you are intoxicated in anyway.

• I am not responsible for any left jewelry or personal items. Make sure you take them with you. Please take off your jewelry before your session. I do not take off jewelry and will not be responsible for damages that can happen to them.

• We all get sick from time to time. Sneezing and coughing to name a couple of things. It has been my policy for 23 yrs now, that if you are sick, do not come to your appointment. Now that masks have been used by all of us at one time or another this is required if you are sneezing, coughing, or runny nose. Even if you think its an allergy, please wear a mask, or reschedule your appointment. I do not want to catch anything or give it to my family or other clients. Refusal to wear one, the session will be stopped and canceled. Recently I caught something from one of the clients who did not let me know till after the session. During the session, they said it was allergies. This will no longer be accepted, and I have plenty of masks.

• By chance, if you are sick and have an appointment, please contact me by 7:30 am in the morning either by email or text to let me know. Almost everyone knows if they are sick by the early morning or even the night before. I would rather have you not attend your session than either cancel the session when you are at your session. I do excuse it once given notice with no charge and reschedule. If not, then you will be charged for the session.

• Arrive no more than 5 10 minutes early for your appointment. I use the time in between each client to end the session, check the client out etc. Then, I prepare the room for the next session. Return calls etc. Please wait in your vehicle until that time. I may not always take you to start before your appointment time, you may have to wait. If I am running early, I usually contact the client and let them know if they want to arrive early.

• Packages are available for savings on sessions. Please note that for each package purchased has an expiration date (package of 3 is 90 days, and package of 6 is 6 months) to receive this special pricing. When you buy this, you are agreeing on this policy. No sharing packages with others.

• Gift certificates are available. They are available for sessions and for a dollar amount to go towards a session. Please note that first-time client specials are not included in the gift certificates. You may use the dollar amount gift certificates to go to new clients as gifts only. Prices are good for only 180 days after purchase. The client will need to pay the difference if pricing is different. No refunds are given on gift certificates.

• NO refunds given on any services offered.

• Cupping and Gu Sha treatment clients must sign a release form before service. Visit my page to read about it and the contraindications on when not to have it done.

• If requesting my CBD oil to be used, you will need to sign a form to consent for use and release me from any false positive tests. My CBD oil has a legal limit to be used legally, but some may test positive or my have used cannabis before or after the session.

• I do massage children under the age of 18 yrs old. A release form must be signed by a legal guardian. Under 17 yrs old, the legal guardian must be present in the room during the session. If 17 years of age, the guardian may sign a release that I have allowing the child to be massaged without a legal guardian present.

• At no time will I ever cause pain or discomfort when asked by a client to do a deep or firmer pressure massage.

• A video surveillance camera is in use at my office.

  Contraindications - when massage is not to be given.

  Contraindication is a condition that serves as a reason to withhold or refuse treatment due to the harm that it would cause a patient, the therapist, or other patients.
  
  All serious illnesses and diseases that massage could be a contraindication not to do or need a doctor's approval will be required as always. This is a policy of our healthcare requirements and my policy of my business for as long as I have been in business. If the doctor feels that massage or another type of therapy that I offer would be advised suitable and the pressure level, then they will write and authorize for it to be done. The doctor's office usually does it with a phone call or during your visit. All my clients that needed one received it within that day through email or via regular mail. Most doctors will allow reiki or craniosacral therapy if the client is not contagious. I will need the authorization on their letterhead or script before any treatment is done. If they do not recommend the treatment that I offer, and it is not advised for health reasons to receive massage, I will not massage the client.
  
  Some health issues cannot or should not have massage and treatments that are under the scope of massage therapy. If they are fine to do, most are done with extremely light pressure. This is due to moving the blood through the body and into the heart, moving toxins and other things that the client is under care for through the body and so forth.
  
  Illnesses and diseases that need approval or massage is not indicated to do would be: cancer and if the person is on chemo or radiation, heart disease that is high risk or too high or too low blood pressure that is not in control, recent surgeries or any implants, lymphoma, kidney or liver failure, or any failure of an organ, fever, contagious diseases/illnesses, blood clots, first trimester pregnancy or high risk pregnancy, cold sores, pitting edema, infections, sever inflammation or severe osteoporosis. Just to name a few.
  
  Failure to disclose serous illnesses and diseases will cause cancellation or stopping session.
