To personalize each session, we encourage clients to provide a brief overview of their concerns or areas they would like us to focus on when scheduling their appointment. This information allows us to tailor the session to their specific needs. Depending on the areas of focus, we will allocate time during the session to address these concerns. Alternatively, clients have the option to dedicate the entire session to our unique techniques without incorporating massage.

Throughout the session, we may incorporate the use of essential oils for their added therapeutic benefits. However, we understand that preferences may vary, and some clients may prefer not to have essential oils used. If this is the case, please let us know, and we will ensure that no oils are utilized during your session.
