Her initial session rates are already quite reasonable compared to others in the area. These sessions are to be used within a specific date range. Package 3 expires three months (90 days) from purchase, and Package 6 expires six months (180 days).   Any unused sessions purchased in the Package of three after the 90 days ~ client to pay the difference of the Package. The new sessions of a package of 6 ~ the free session will be void, and the rest will be used through store credit towards that session. Any unused ones one year after purchase will be voided.

If you purchase a relaxation massage for a different price than a muscle repair massage and need the muscle repair at that session, the upgrade cost will be required at the end of the session. No exceptions.

Gratuity or tipping is a crucial aspect that customers need to be aware of when considering package pricing. It's important to note that gratuity is not included in the package price.

Packages are not transferable to others. The individual who first uses the Package must use all the sessions. 

No refunds are given to the packages, as our policy clearly states that all sales are final.

You will lose one of your sessions if you do not give 24 hours’ notice. My business policies apply to the packages.

With all my sessions, 10 minutes is deducted for consultation, getting ready for the massage, getting dressed, and then checking out. This time is usually 10 minutes unless the client is running late (the client will receive the remainder in less than 10 minutes), and more time is needed to get ready or have a consultation.

Carla Mary, a reputable organization dedicated to providing excellent services, prides itself on its commitment to transparency and clear communication with clients. In this regard, clients must understand that Carla Mary, while attentive and diligent, cannot assume the responsibility of reminding them about the expiration date of their Package. Clients must stay proactive and keep track of the expiration date. It is advised to prebook all your appointments ahead of time.
