Full moon releasing and healing guided imagery meditation
The full moon casts its ethereal glow upon the nocturnal canvas, illuminating the world with its mystical radiance. For many, this lunar spectacle represents more than just a celestial phenomenon. It holds a deeper significance, a catalyst for inner transformation and release.
During the time of the full moon, a profound opportunity arises – the chance to liberate ourselves from the clutches of negativity. This encompasses not only the burdens we carry within ourselves but also the external circumstances that weigh us down. It is a moment to let go, to shed the skin of inhibitions and constraints.
One of the most prominent barriers we face is the emotional baggage we harbor within our chakras, the energy centers that govern our being. These energy channels can become blocked, obstructing the free flow of positive energy and impeding our ability to connect with others and navigate life's twists and turns. The full moon is a time to release all negative things. These can be things that are within us that are blocking us. It also can be situations that are in our lives. The main thing that can block us is our emotions that we hold on to within our chakras. Blocks within the chakras can affect our lives on many levels. It can be how we relate to others and situations. Even what comes into our lives can be affected. With the power of this moon time as many belief systems use the energy of the full moon to release negativity.
This meditation that I will be doing is on releasing negative things within our lives. Before the meditation, you will want to write down a list of things that you want to release out. For example emotions can be sadness, worry, fear, anger etc. Situations can be addictions, overeating, overspending, excessive, etc. Allow your Spirit Guides and Higher-self to assist you in making the list. Take time and allow the thoughts to come into your mind. There is those that are here to assist you in sending in those thoughts. It is what is called telepathy. Now start jotting down all the things that you will want to release out. During the meditation, we will release out the list of what is on the list by this guided meditation.
