Stress Relief blend

This is a mixture for 1 ounce mixture. Use 1 ounce carrier oil or cream before applying to skin. Also, can be mixed into a carrier for the bath ~ using only half of this mixture in the bath.

The following are two different blends:

Blend 1

1 drop Patchouli

 5 drops Geranium

2 drops Bergamot

1 drop Lavender

2 drops Ylang Ylang

 Blend 2

3 drops Chamomile

5 drops Lavender

4 drops Bergamot
