Essential oils for the chakras use

How can you use these essential oils? The first thing to know is never put a pure essential oil directly on the skin. This can be very toxic or can be harmful to you. Only two essential oils can go straight on the skin: lavender and tea tree oil. Otherwise, all others must be used with some carrier base. This means an oil, lotion, cream, or any other solid with which it will not separate. The rule of thumb is that you can add up to 10 - 12 drops of essential oils for every ounce of a carrier. You can mix your essential oil blends. Please always read the manufacturer information on the oils. If you use some essential oils like cinnamon or black pepper, you would not want to use that many drops cause they can burn your skin. Some essential oils, if used on the skin or inhaled, are not suitable for all.   If you have high blood pressure, pregnant, epilepsy, or other physical impairments, you would want to read the information about the essential oil. Me oils can even make you more sensitive to the sun and burn quickly if you put them on your skin. Citrus oils that are very photosensitive.  

So now that we got that out of the way.   How can you use these oils? You can mix them in a blend of your choice with a carrier. In use it in healing work. You do hands-on healing; you can place a few drops of the mixture on your hands, rub them together, and then do the hands-on healing. You do Reiki; you should know that any other tool you add to the healing will amplify the tool by the Reiki energy. You could also rub the essential oil blend into the chakra - for the base, you can place it on the glutes or leg area. So you can use the essential oils directly by placing them on a tissue and putting them on you, like in your pocket, or even sniffing them occasionally.   So, remember the tissue with the drop of essential oil on top of your chakra and meditate or do healing work that way. You only need a drop to do it. A room diffuser or oil burner also works. Nowadays, you can purchase them at dollar stores. You use a tea light for these, and the above is either glass or ceramic. c and place the oil (about five drops and fill with water).   Be sure never to leave a flame unattended.
