If there is a gap between appointment more than 15 minutes, I will be adjusting your appointment time. This will be done for ability to schedule other appointments and still allow clients to schedule.
I do offer additional add-ons to your sessions. This option will be shown during scheduling your appointment. For the add-ons that require more time, they are added on the scheduler page already.
All massage sessions receive: warm towels on the back and feet, a few hot rocks on the back to relax the muscles and your choice of one essential oil blend or oil to add into the massage cream or oil of your choice. List can be viewed here or at time of session. Or you can request one of my blends that are already mixed in lotion/cream.
Long distant healing and phone readings ~ After hour sessions available (weekends and evenings) Contact me directly to schedule an appointment. Please note that they are pre paid sessions due upon scheduling appointment.
All first time clients are required to fill out the intake form or clients that have had a session with me in over 1 year or more. New client specials are for FIRST TIME CLIENTS ONLY! Limit one per new client. New clients payment is due at time of session due to no shows and canceling without 24 hr notice of cancellation.
Due to COVID-19 and other illness (colds, flu etc. ) facemasks are optional during your session. If you have a cold, coughing, sneezing, fever, runny nose or any other symptoms or might have the virus, please cancel appointment. Appointment will be canceled or stopped if you have any of the signs or symptoms. If you have allergies or any sinus issues that you are completely aware that it is not covid or any other illness, are having sneezing, runny nose etc. a mask will be required during session while you are face up on the table. Refusal will void session and you are still responsible for the full session amount. If you just received the vaccine within 4 days of your appointment, please do not schedule until after that time.
If you have any type of illness, including colds, flu, sinus issues etc. Please do not schedule or cancel your appointment. This has been my policy for over 20 yrs. I do not work on anyone that is sick or has symptoms of illness.
Payment is due at time of session. Cash, credit / debit cards only.
Gratuity is not included in the price. To keep my prices reasonable for all to enjoy and receive therapy sessions, gratuity is accepted.
All clients are fully draped, no exceptions. I drape modestly.
I do not accept insurance payments.
24 hr cancelation policy is required or you are responsible for payment for session. If you need to reschedule a session, 24 hour notice will be required to reschedule otherwise you are responsible for payment for that session.
If you are running late, you receive the remainder of your appointment time. Otherwise you will be considered a no show and charged for your session, no exceptions.
No pets or animals are allowed in the session room.
Cupping and Gu Sha treatments clients will need to sign a release form before service. Visit my page to read about it and the contraindications on when not to have it done.
If requesting my CBD oil to be used, you will need to sign a form to consent for using and releasing me from any false positive tests. My CBD oil has the legal limit to be used legally, but some may test positive or my have used cannabis before or after session.
I do massage children under the age of 18 yrs old. A release form must be signed by legal guardian. Under 17 yrs old, legal guardian must be present in room at the time of session. If 17 years of age, guardian may sign a release that I have allowing the child to be massaged without legal guardian present.
At no time will I ever cause pain or discomfort when asked by a client to do deep or firmer pressure massage.
I am not responsible for anything left behind (jewelry, phones etc) Please make sure you take all your belongings after your session.
If you wear a lot of jewelry, it is best to remove before you arrive to your session. I am not responsible to assist in removing jewelry that might get damaged while assisting removing. Rings can be left on, but necklaces, bracelets, watches etc will need to be removed.
Please use the restroom before your session. The building has 4 restrooms if needed to use. Otherwise if the session needs to be stopped, it will run into your session time.
If you have been drinking or intoxicated in any form, service will be denied.
Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of the session or law enforcement will be contacted and you will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment.
Packages are available for savings on sessions. Please note that each package purchased, there is an expiration date (package of 3 is 90 days and package of 6 is 6 months) to receive this special pricing. When you purchase this, you are agreeing on this policy. No sharing packages with others.
Gift certificates are available. They are available for sessions and for a dollar amount to go towards a session. Please note that first time client specials are not included in the gift certificates. You may use the dollar amount gift certificates to go to new clients as gifts only. Prices are good for only 180 days after purchase. Client will need to pay the difference if pricing is different. No refunds are given on gift certificates.
NO refunds given on any services offered.
If you give the 24 hr. notification to cancel an appointment, you can choose to receive a credit for your prepayment purchase or a refund. You can receive a credit for your next session. If you request a refund, it will be less the credit card processing fee and scheduler fees that have been charged by the companies that are used to process the appointments. Please note that I do not have any control over the fees that are charged to me through the services. If a refund is requested, I will not at no time pay for the fees, it will be deducted from the payment. Fees can be up to $20 depending on the credit card service and scheduler service fees.
