Creative Healing Session

This sessions is designed for those that are seeking either a healing session and
those that are unsure of which type they need or want.
During this session I use my intuitive and healing abilities to find which healing modality that I use is best suited for the
individual. It can be a mixture of the many different types of therapies that I do; Reiki, energy healing and balancing, chakra
balancing, reading the aura and chakra centers, breath therapy, CranioSacral therapy, meridian healing, visualization,
aromatherapy, shiatsu and Qi Gong.
Intuitive Healing and Spiritual Reading
1 hour session (1/2 hr Reading and 1/2 healing) $90
A session is for either an hour or 1 1/2 hours. A reading that consists of: Reading the aura, chakras, receiving information from
guides, angels and those on the other side, any questions and concerns that you have and guidance you need regarding
things in your life to heal, how to move forward and advance in your path / soul's journey and to bring clarity into your life.
Then a healing session will be done for the areas that we discuss and also areas that I find that need clearing/healing.
Spiritual Healing and Balancing
Cost $105.00
This is a 1 1/2 hour session that will allow for healing, relaxation and balancing. This session consists of a therapeutic
massage, the use of aromatherapy, and a healing that consists of healing the energy centers/chakras (Reiki and Energy
Healing), Cranial Sacral Therapy and healing the meridians.
Reiki / Energy Healing and Re balancing
Reiki Healing session only $65 an hour (no intuitive session just Reiki healing)
the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical harmony of the whole person. The healer acts as a channel for universal healing
energies. The treatment is performed clothed and is confidential at all times. The therapy is done by contact healing,
sometimes called the laying on of hands, where the healer works with their hands either on or near the person while working
with the energy field of the client. Healing is a non-invasive therapy with no harmful side effects. This form of healing helps
increase relaxation and helps to decrease the stress response, which, in turn, promotes positive changes in attitudes,
behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. I will work with your energy field and chakra system to recognize the blockages that are
within and help clear and remove the blocks. When there is balance with the body/mind/spirit the body will heal itself
naturally realigning the energy flow, thus reactivating the mind/body/spirit connection. This system also helps in manifesting
change, empowers, and restoring the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical harmony of the whole person.

CranioSacral Therapy
1 hour session $ 65.00
This therapy is performed when the client is fully clothed. Using a light touch and generally no more than the weight of a
nickel, the therapist monitors the rhythm of the CranioSacral system to detect potential restrictions and imbalances. The
therapist then uses delicate manual techniques to release these problem areas and relieve undue pressure on the brain and
spinal cord. A CranioSacral Therapy session can last from about 30 minutes to an hour and the initial evaluation alone is often
enough to correct a problem.
The result? The central nervous system will be free of restrictions and a body that Carla Mary is better able to return to its
greatest levels of performance. CranioSacral therapy strengthens the body's ability to take better care of itself. It helps
alleviate a range of illnesses, pain and dysfunction, including: migraines and headaches, chronic neck and back pain, motor
coordination impairment, stress and tension related problems, infantile disorders, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries,
chronic fatigue, scoliosis, central nervous system disorders, emotional difficulties, tmj, learning disabilities, post traumatic
